Project Goals and Vision
Rococo Ltd. required a unique promotional video to use for a marketing campaign for their facial recognition system, “AUTH,” and that is exactly what we created. Since the goal was to promote the system to a specific, business-oriented audience, our efforts had to be shaped uniquely to fit the standards, personalities, and achievements of those potential clients. To do this, our vision required the rental of a famous film-making venue in Los Angeles, and we took control of the entire project to fit it into Rococo Ltd.’s goals and hopes.
We completed every step efficiently from directing and planning all the way to superb casting, innovative shooting, sleek editing, and elaborate animation to provide the video content that would highlight the software’s benefits and display desirable and unique features to intrigue businesses around the globe.
Purpose and Plan
Our project had to align with the goals of our client, which included the promotion of their facial recognition tool to a worldwide market and to create a jumping point into business discussion about the way the product could make life easier for business owners and managers. To do this, we carefully balanced in-depth content with rapid delivery by keeping the promotional video under 3 minutes. The main focus was to depict the service and company while simultaneously encouraging discussion instead of promoting distraction.
The result was a clear video of targeted benefits and examples that speaks toward the target audience’s desires and needs.
Details and Recommendations
To ensure that the project developed and progressed smoothly and effectively, we made some suggestions that could help the promotional tool take shape as envisioned. We recommended that the video should highlight the advantages of the facial recognition system as it related directly to the possible viewers. With such a diverse, international market, this meant that we had to implement examples that remained relevant to anyone who may be interested in the tools.
The anecdotes portrayed spoke to daily life in the upkeep and management of business and the ways that “AUTH” could simplify and improve the lives of business leaders. Finally, we also recommended the use of a diverse cast that would align with a wider range of viewers regardless of country and background.
Upon completion, the project took shape and developed better than Rococo Ltc. had hoped for in a successful promo.
